In-Store Return & Refund Policy

Special orders and Brand New items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Media items can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Consoles can only be exchanged for another console, not refunded.

All other items can be returned for the full purchase price within 7 days of purchase. Returns within 30 days will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase price. A receipt must be present for all returns. To receive full credit on a return the item must be in original packaging and in an unused condition. We reserve the right to not accept any returns or charge a restocking fee in cases of abuse, excessive returns, rental, or item damage. A restocking fee will be charged if the item is not complete or not in the condition originally sold. Cash refunds over $150 may require a check refund instead of cash.

Returns

If you need to make a return, please contact us via email or phone. You must contact us first to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before beginning the return process, and we'll provide instructions on how to get a prepaid return label. All returns must be received back at our facilities within 30 days of purchases. No returns can be accepted after the allocated dates.

If your order is believed to be defective upon delivery please contact us and we will make accommodations for a return or exchange.

If your return is for buyer's remorse, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.

Brand New, factory-sealed items cannot be returned unless they are in the same condition as when received. If they are returned in a condition other than new, a restocking fee will apply.

Vintage games/collectibles which are sold in new and sealed condition are not eligible for return once they have been opened – no exceptions. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued through the payment provider used for the purchase, and should be received within 24-48 hours of being issued.

A full refund will be given when either a) the order is cancelled before being shipped, or b) any items from the order are returned to us in accordance with the terms outlined above under Returns.

A partial refund will be offered to the customer in the rare circumstance where an order can only be partially fulfilled. The customer's options in this case are to either accept the partial refund as offered along with whatever is available to be shipped, or to simply cancel the order and receive a full refund.
